Artist Statement

My artistic expression boldly confronts the complex and multifaceted concepts of society, culture, and the idea of race through a contemporary and historical lens. I strive to evoke a visceral response in the viewer, creating a thought-provoking experience that challenges preconceived notions and allows the exploration of these ideas with new perspective(s).

Encompassing a diverse range of media, from paintings in acrylic, oil, and spray paint, to intricate sculptures in ceramic, rock, wood, and metal. My art draws inspiration from a wide range of stylistic influences, incorporating elements of graffiti, typography, low-brow, and pop surrealism to create a bold, cohesive aesthetic that captures the climate of our ever-evolving society.
